Pusur's first bird
This was Pusur first bird catch. At first I thought it had died by itself. I didn't think he had the skills! But I've seen him catch prey with my own eyes since, so I know he does. But let's just say his joy over this first bird kill was quite an experience.
As you may realize, I don't agree with those who think a cat shouldn't kill prey. I don't get grossed out, as long as I don't step in something he's left for me with bare feet, yuk!
I had a party with the camera, but the camera was new, the light was low, and the cat was moving constantly, so they're unfortunately fuzzy. Not up to my usual standard.
But, some friends have asked to see the photos of Pusur's first bird, so here they are:
