What's this?

I got something weird in my logs. It's someone accessing another directory with links to blogs. He's accessing from Japan, and the referrer is this one:

http://localhost/ProxyServlet?url=http://www.annelisabeth.com/blogger/

Do you guys know what that's about?

The user agent is normal (browser)for the images and stuff, but the page itself has this bot type user agent:
RPT-HTTPClient/0.3-3

Some talk on that user agent on webmasterworld

From what they're saying, it could pretty much be anything.

It looks like someone has a proxy server at home that scrubs all the referrer addresses out of his web surfing. Privacy fanatics like to use stuff like that.
