		<description>I was one of these "non-techies" you speak of and my computer crashed. Of course I did not see the signs and I didn't back up anything, or very little anyways. I thankfully seem to have learned from my mistakes. I have since looked into different methods of backup and have found online backup. A system that basically does everything for me. So far its great and I guess if my computer ever actually crashes again I will know how great it really is.</description>
