Yuk!
I’ve gone on record saying I’m glad my cat knows how to hunt. And I am. If he somehow got lost, I know he’d survive long enough to get back home.
But last night I opened the door to see if he wanted some food. And I see him with a big fat mouse on the cement slab right outside the door. Busily eating the mouse. There’s no trace of that mouse today! He must have eaten it or moved it!
That was really a gross experience seeing him eating the still warm mouse.
Double Yuk!

Sorry to break this to you, Ann Elisabeth, but your cuddly pet is a predator. And that’s a good thing. God made him that way, “a mighty hunter before the Lord”.

I know he’s a predator. I have no problem with that. I just don’t like seeing him EAT his prey!

Oh my!
Pusur will sometimes get poo on the outside of the box, but only if he’s got stomach problems. And luckily the boxes are in areas where stepping in it isn’t a problem.

There was a comment before my Oh My comment, but when I browsed through the database, I realized that it was actually blogspam, though on topic. So I’ve removed it, and the other comment left by the same person. Get this - same name, same IP number, different e-mail address, and totally different topic - but still on topic. Could be someone who just searches Google for something on topic then pastes it in?
